Please review the essentials before booking. Square also displays any appointment-specific card-hold or cancellation terms before confirmation.
Cancellation
Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours and no-shows may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
Deposits
Square may require a payment card to hold your appointment and protect against no-shows. Any applicable fee is shown before booking is completed.
Health concerns
Services are cosmetic and do not assess, diagnose, or treat nail or skin conditions. Contact Mary before attending if you notice a concern and seek advice from a qualified health professional when appropriate.

Privacy
The service finder runs in your browser. Alternate-day Waitlist requests and appointment bookings are completed through Square, which separately processes the information you enter. Optional Google Analytics is loaded only after consent, and approved campaign labels are kept only for the consented browser session. Nails by Mary does not currently operate an email or SMS marketing list.

What is processed and by whom
Website, service finder and alternate-day requests
The service finder runs in your browser. Nails by Mary does not receive or store finder answers through the website, and the website does not upload inspiration images. Alternate-day Waitlist requests are entered directly in Square and are subject to Square’s privacy terms. Standard hosting logs may process technical information such as an IP address, browser type, requested page and time of access to operate and secure the website.
Optional website analytics
Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. It may receive the page path and title, booking-link and service-finder event names, the original landing-page path, approved non-personal campaign labels, and general browser, device and location information supplied by Google. Finder answers, contact details, arbitrary URL parameters and inspiration images are not sent to analytics. Campaign labels are saved only in session storage after consent and clear when the browser session ends. Your choice is stored in this browser until you change it or clear the website's stored data.
Appointments and payments
When you continue to Square, Square processes the information you provide for booking, appointment communications, card holds, cancellations and payments. Mary can access the appointment and client information needed to provide the service and manage the booking, but the Nails by Mary website does not receive your full payment-card details.
Google Business Profile and external links
Google may process activity when you view the Google Business Profile, request directions, call from a Google surface or use Google Maps. Instagram, Square and other external services apply their own privacy terms after you leave this website.
Client photographs
Client nail photographs are published only after they are supplied and approved for use. Nails by Mary does not publish a client's name with a photograph unless that additional use is separately approved.
Why information is used
Information is used only to operate and secure the website, provide requested appointments, communicate about bookings, process permitted payments or cancellation fees, understand website performance after consent, maintain business records and publish approved portfolio work.
Retention
Nails by Mary keeps personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected and for applicable business, legal, tax, payment-dispute and record-keeping requirements. Finder answers are not retained by the website. The analytics choice remains in your browser until changed or cleared. Square, Google and the website host retain information under their own account settings and policies. Approved portfolio photographs remain published until they are no longer needed or permission is withdrawn, subject to reasonable time to remove copies from active systems.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access or correct personal information Mary controls, withdraw consent where consent is the basis for use, or request deletion where applicable. Call Mary using the privacy contact above. You can also use the controls below to allow or decline future optional website analytics. A choice to decline analytics does not affect booking.

Email and SMS marketing
Nails by Mary does not currently collect website submissions for an email or SMS marketing list. Before marketing messages are activated, the signup process will require an appropriate consent basis, identify Nails by Mary as the sender and provide a working unsubscribe method. Marketing consent will remain optional and will not be required to book.
Client photographs
The website does not upload inspiration images. Client photographs are published only after they are supplied and approved for use.
